Using classical ballet as the foundation, this course combines mime, music and storytelling to teach young children basic ballet steps and movements, mind-body co-ordination, muscle control, musicality and rhythm. Children will learn good posture, concentration, develop self-confidence and esteem through our fun and creative class environment.
Ballet is not meant for children only, adults can learn and benefit greatly from ballet. Through the training of ballet, adults can gain an elegant posture and learn to move with grace. The exercises will help you keep fit, stay slim, increase flexibility and tone your muscles.
