Dear Students & Parents,

In view of the outbreak of COVID-19 in the community, the School seeks your cooperation in order to minimize the risk of infection to ensure a clean and healthy learning environment for our students and staff. The following measures will be introduced when class resumes.

1. Everyone must wear masks in the school premises (please bring your own mask). We suggest parents prepare extra masks in case of replacement.

2. All staff must take temperatures before work every day. Our staff will take the temperature for all students, teachers and visitors on arrival. Students and teachers must sanitize their hands before entering the Studios.

3. Parents are required to take their children's temperature at home. If the temperature is 37.5℃ or above, or have symptoms of upper respiratory infections such as fever, cough or cold, please consult doctor as soon as possible. Please stay at home until fully recovered. And please call Studio for leave.

4. Parents or helpers are not to stay in the Studio. Except for the Toddlers (TOD) class. Only one parent or helper can stay in the School premises.

5. School common area and Studios will be disinfected and cleaned regularly. Door handles and elevator buttons will be sterilized every two hours. Classroom barres will be sanitized after every class.

6. Our School has provided extra disinfecting carpet for visitors to wipe their shoes. We encourage students to bring their own plastic bag to keep the shoes after sanitizing on the carpet provided.

7. For extra precaution, staff, students or families who have visited the Mainland, South Korea, Italy, Iran, Japan, France, Germany or Spain must quarantine themselves for 14 days and resume classes without any symptoms. A Health Declaration Form will be sent to all students before resumption of class. Please complete and return it to the School prior to attending class.

8. If students or parents are returning to Hong Kong from anywhere in Mainland, South Korea, Italy, Iran, Japan, France, Germany or Spain recently or have close contact with someone who travelled to these countries recently, please stay home for 14 days upon return or the last contact with the person for self-quarantine and avoid coming to the School during this period.

9. If students or parents have contact with a person who is suspected or confirmed to have COVID-19, please stay home for 14 days upon the last contact with the person for self-quarantine and avoid coming to the School during this period.

10. The School will launch a dedicated mobile app in March in order to enhance communication with parents. An invitation email for the mobile app installation will be sent out in March. Important notifications will be announced via this mobile app. More features will be released in the near future by phases including class schedule, attendance, school notices and payment records.
